EONIQ x DWC Navigator - Create a Big Pilot watch with a modernized type-B Pilot dial

One type of Big Pilot from the World War era are the type-B pilot watch. They feature a dial with minutes as the main markers, and hours as the secondary. This is because, as a fighter pilot, or a navigator back in the day, a watch that tells minutes is more useful than a watch that tells hours. 

Additionally, most people won't need the 1-12 numerals to tell hours anyways.

This 44mm pilot watch has a PVD case, and both C3 and BGW9 for the dial.

If you don't mind the ghost click, I'd definitely consider putting in a Miyota 8315 movement.
